So we rarely have pizza but when I was at the store I saw Bob’s red mill gluten free pizza crust was on sale, so I picked it up and we decided to make flat-breads, my daughter was so excited because she loves pizza and it’s a big treat over here when we make it at home.
Ingredients you will need
1 package Bob’s red mill gluten free pizza crust
GF pizza sauce
Fresh Garlic
Olive Oil
Goat Cheese
2 large Sweet onions( we are going to caramelize them)
Chicken
Baby spinach
Capers
2 tomatoes sliced
Dried basil
Tools
Micro plane
Baking sheets

Caper and Tomato Flat bread.
take the garlic and shave some off by using the micro-plane, then add oil olive and dried basil, mix to combine then spread it all over the partially cooked pizza dough. next place the capers and slices of tomatoes on top and then place in the 425 degree oven. take it own when its browned and looks crispy.
Spinach and Chicken Flat bread.
spread the GF pizza sauce over the partially cooked dough, then add the baby spinach and pieces of chicken then place in the 425 degree oven. take it out when its browned and looks crispy.
Goat Cheese and Caramelized onion flat bread-
first cut the 2 large sweet onions in slices and saute over medium heat with some olive oil for 35 mins, they should look brown and they will shrink down in size, while these are cooking sprinkle a little sea salt on them.
take your partially cooked dough and spread some GF pizza sauce on it, then take your caramelized onions and spread them all over the bread, finally add the slices of goat cheese to the bread and cook in the 425 degree oven. take it out when its browned and looks crispy.
