I wanted to share with everyone my yummy lunch today. I love salads and I am always adding new things to them! and oh course it’s all Gluten free.
Ingredients
3 handfuls of organic spinach
3 fresh strawberries cut up
Handful of fresh blueberries
6 walnut halves
1 half of an avocado
5 zima tomatoes
half of a roasted chicken breast( organic ) cut up ( I used the leftovers from our roasted rosemary whole chicken from last night )
