Good afternoon everyone! Today I have two Asian sauces that are amazing, one is what I use for a vegetable stir fry and the other is for a savory rice noodle side dish.
Vegetable stir fry sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup GF soy sauce (I use GF Kikoman Tamari)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp lite rice vinegar
2 TBSP GF Hoisin sauce (I use Joyce Chen)
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Makes 1/2 sauce. This works well with a veggie stir fry with thin rice noodles.
Asian noodle side dish sauce ingredients
1/4 cup GF Soy Sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp lite rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili oil
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
The brands that I like to use for the rice vinegar and oils are Thai Kitchen and I use thin or regular cut rice noodles.
