Hello everyone! My husband and I had a date night at home this weekend and he made some yummy shot glass deserts, Chocolate mousse and pumpkin cheesecake! The chocolate was my favorite 🙂 These are not our recipes so I will link you to the ones we used, although we did make a few changes.
The mousse recipe can be found here, pumpkin pie cheesecake shooters recipe is here. The whipped cream used in both recipes was homemade, we used Alton Brown’s recipe, adding a few drops of real vanilla extract. For the pumpkin pie cheesecake shooters, we used Lucy’s Gluten Free Ginger Snaps.
