Good morning, today I have a yummy and simple Ramen soup recipe.
4 cups reduced sodium or unsalted chicken stock (I use Kitchen basics)
1 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
5 slices fresh ginger
1 TBSP of Tamari sauce Tamarai sauce I use
1 fresh broccoli crown cut up into florets
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
GF Ramen noodles Ramen noodles I use
Cook the Ramen noodles according to package instructions or until al dente and rinse briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
In saucepan combine the chicken stock, rice vinegar, ginger, and tamarai and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the ginger and add broccoli, sesame oil and noodles. Bring it back up to a simmer, then serve and enjoy!
