Stove top Oatmeal

Good morning everyone!

I wanted to share my favorite morning breakfast I eat every morning with you.  It’s simple, healthy and tasty.

Ingredients

1 cup of vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup  organic GF rolled 1 minute cooking oats ( I use Nature’s Path brand )

1 1/2 Tablespoons of fresh Cinnamon

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries and raspberries

1 Tablespoon of organic almond butter

 

Preparation

Cook the almond milk and cinnamon together over medium heat until boiling, add in the oats and cook for 1 minute then take it off the heat. In the bowl add the berries, oatmeal and mix in the almond butter. Let it sit with everything in it for a minute and then enjoy!
